Gamblers United editorial teamUpdated
Gamblers United puts real effort into getting facts right, yet a site covering products that get reworded every week cannot vouch that each sentence still holds on the day you open it. Below, topic by topic, is where our responsibility stops and your own checks take over. It works together with the site rules and covers the English, Estonian and Latvian pages equally.
We publish, we do not operate
No game is played on Gamblers United. We host no slots, deal no cards, take no deposits, pay no winnings and cannot see inside your account at any casino. Every real-money arrangement is struck between you and the operator you pick. Should that operator stall a cash-out, cancel bonus funds or shut an account, the quarrel belongs to the two of you; we have no lever to pull.
Ratings are editorial judgement
Scores, stars, "best for" badges and the running order of our lists record how our editors balanced what they were able to verify — the game lobby, banking options, published terms, the licence an operator claims and how its support handled our test questions. A different reviewer might balance identical facts another way. A strong score describes fit for a type of player; it does not certify that a casino is solvent, safe or fair in every situation.
Bonus details age quickly
Welcome packages, spin bundles, cashback rates, wagering multiples, stake caps and expiry windows get rewritten whenever an operator chooses, at times for a single country only. Each of our pages carries its last-update date, but the binding wording always sits on the casino's own promotions page. Go through it line by line before funding an account, watching especially for payment methods that disqualify you and for games that count only partly — or not at all — towards wagering.
Licences and your location
Where we mention a regulator, we repeat what the operator publishes about itself. Licences get suspended, extra conditions get attached and brands are sold on to new owners. Above all, a permit from one jurisdiction does not open every market: Estonia admits only operators licensed by its Tax and Customs Board (EMTA), Latvia only those supervised by its State Revenue Service, and plenty of other states limit or outlaw offshore play. Look the brand up in your national register before you hand over any documents.
Crypto casinos and payment methods
Several pages deal with casinos taking cryptocurrency. Coin prices swing within minutes, blockchain fees rise and fall with network load, and a transfer to a wrongly copied wallet string is almost never recovered. Our payment guides describe how a method typically behaves; real processing times, charges and availability at a particular casino are set by that operator and by your bank or wallet provider.
Game guides are not a system
Pieces about blackjack, roulette, return to player or volatility explain rules and odds. RTP percentages are long-term averages published by studios and can vary between configurations of one and the same slot. None of the techniques we describe beats the house edge, and no article here is a method for making money or chasing back losses.
Numbers, tables and comparisons
Cash-out times, deposit ceilings and game counts in our tables are drawn from operator material and from our own checks on the day of writing. A redesigned cashier or a reshuffled lobby can make them stale overnight. Point out a mistake and we will fix it, yet we cannot be held responsible for decisions resting on a figure that has since changed.
Pages that are not ours
Links to operators, studios, regulators and charities lead to sites outside our control. Whatever appears there — and however those sites secure or use your data — is down to the people who run them. Linking to a page means we consider it relevant, not that we endorse all of it.
Complaints against a casino
We cannot step into individual account disputes, hold no authority over any operator and do not mediate. Open a ticket with the casino's own help desk first and follow its written complaints procedure; if that leads nowhere, escalate to the body that licenses the operator or to an approved alternative dispute resolution service.
Tax on winnings
Whether a win is taxable turns on where you live, where the operator holds its licence and sometimes on the size of the payout. We are not tax advisers — your national tax office or an accountant can give a reliable answer.
Three language versions
Our Estonian and Latvian sections are written for readers in those countries and are not translations of the English pages. Casino lists, partner relationships and legal notes vary from section to section, so a statement made in one language may not apply in another country.
Age and staying in control
Gambling is strictly for adults — 18 at minimum, and 21 for casino games in Estonia. Think of it as entertainment you pay for: decide the spend in advance and stop once it is gone. Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous offer free, confidential support; in Estonia the counselling number is 15410, and in Latvia the Spēles brīvība helpline answers on 29323202.
Outages and stale pages
Pages may load slowly, go offline for maintenance or briefly show an older version after an update. We make no promise of uninterrupted access and are not answerable for anything missed because a page could not be reached at a given moment.
Where our liability ends
Within the limits applicable law sets, Gamblers United bears no responsibility for lost stakes, forfeited bonuses, frozen accounts, lost data or consequential harm arising from use of this site or of pages linked from it. This does not touch any responsibility the law forbids us to exclude — deliberate misconduct, for example.
